Wuppertaler Stadtwerke AG are a customer-oriented service provider focussed on energy, water and public transport.
Project:
In the course of an SAP R/2 -> R/3 migration (IS/U module for service providers + Human Resources module), we reprogrammed all correspondence letters in Papyrus.
Our customer states:

A fact that especially pleased project controlling: He used only half the time estimated by us for his tasks!
