Project:
- Extend the existing online correspondence system based on the ISIS Papyrus Web Repository in order to implement a post processing solution.

» Papyrus Objects online document system
To use synergies, the customer replaces the existing text system with Papyrus Objects. In Objects, users acess their letters via Webbrowser with Papyrus Client plugin and commit them for production. Formatting is processed in Objects by DocExec (AIX). Finally, documents are checked into Papyrus PrintPool, where online and batch documents are merged.

Versicherungskammer Bayern is by far Germany's largest public insurer and one of the country's largest direct insurers.
Project:
In the course of an SAP IS-CD-Project, we programmed the whole collection correspondence in Papyrus.

• Preparing documents for Mobius archive and Posy postal optimization
• Variable printer bin selection for different production lines
• Check routine for input data plausibility

» SAP R/3 RDI Correspondence
Customer:
Wuppertaler Stadtwerke AG are a customer-oriented service provider focussed on energy, water and public transport.
Project:
In the course of an SAP R/2 -> R/3 migration (IS/U module for service providers + Human Resources module), we reprogrammed all correspondence letters in Papyrus.
Our customer states:

» Unified Output System / Color Printing
Our customer, a large bank, wanted their whole internal, external and archiving output to be merged into a unified system. A data transport format was developed, which serves as the general interface for data creating applications.
Our task was to design a Papyrus application which automatically reads and prints data from that transport format for all documents. In addition, the AFP documents had to be written with indices necessary for post processing routines.
The documents are designed as external modules, and are called automatically by the central Papyrus application; with the benefit that designing new documents only means placing data on the paper - the time for development is minimized.
Furthermore, we developed post processing routines for these documents, based on Papyrus PostProcessing:

In an additional project, this customer wanted to provide their private customers with special service: They should be able to receive their bills not just in plain b/w, but in True Color. Colored charts should display information about the current asset status at first glance. We defined colors by RGB / CMYK definition in Papyrus following the CD definitions, thus creating documents in exactly the colors required. Documents are produced on an IBM IPC 100 printer.

Our customer called for support during a shortage of employees. During the eight weeks of our contract we managed to Reorganize Papyrus profiles for a more efficient use of the company's network structure Create a text entry system based on Papyrus Client, to easily create, store and edit text elements Train the company's employees for Papyrus Designer (and other Papyrus products) (Production Platform: Windows NT)

» Telecom Invoices
By order of a telecom company, telephone bills were produced with special requirements: As the bills had to be accessible via Web, XML was the data format of choice. We implemented the solution in Papyrus, using the very same XML files with which the Web bill was produced.

Customer:
Proscom is an independent group located in Wollerau and Baar (Switzerland). The company focusses on national and international project business and is one of the leading service providers in this area.
Project:
Proscom's order was to centralize the decentral output of a large German bank.
The output destined for time-critical deliverance to decentral locations was outsourced to a print-partner who also takes care of the backup print center of this bank.
dydocon's task as staff was to consult the project management (by Proscom) in all technical matters.
